Our gun club recently used Hess for a picnic. I have never seen such an organized catering company. Everything was laid out perfectly to move people right along. Food was absolutely delicious. So nice to see a company that takes pride in what they do!

Hess was easily one of the easiest and best choices we made for our wedding. From the first time I called in with questions to the close of our reception everyone was nothing but incredibly kind and helpful. Special shout-out to Katie who was our go to person! One of our biggest concerns were allergies, we both have a long list of allergies and wanted everything to be safe and delicious for our big day. Katie made sure to check every single item we were interested in to make sure it was safe. And when we found an allergy that was hard to avoid, she offered and delivered on a thoughtful solution. The food was delicious and we received many compliments from our guests. On the wedding day all of the staff were kind and professional, they also were able to match our changing timeline. When any questions arose during service Katie approached me calmly, delivered the relevant information, made her suggestion, and quickly executed the solution. She showed such professionalism and consideration for the weight of the day, allowing us to enjoy our time while tasty food appeared like magic! We chose the gold package and definitely feel we got a phenomenal value. Especially with the allergy

Great experience all around. We had the pork , chicken, beans, macaroni, and coleslaw . All were exceptional tasting and prepared. Also very affordable and saves a LOT of work cooking yourself. Many good comments from our guests. Thank you Hess for making our party a hit.

We had a great experience with Hess Barbecue Catering for our wedding! They were very responsive and answered all of our questions throughout the planning process. On the day of, the staff were fantastic! We had a buffet, and the staff made plates for my husband and I, and came to check on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious, especially the flatbreads, bacon wrapped scallops, and the brisket! Our guests were talking about how good the food was after the wedding, and we would highly recommend.

We got married in October and we are so pleased with deciding to go with Hess Catering for our wedding. Tara was so kind and accommodating throughout our lengthy planning process. We had a three year engagement and we were so appreciative that Tara took the time to do a second tasting with us as a refresher before final decisions were made. On the day of our wedding everything and everybody arrived timely and operated in the most respectful and professional manner. The table linens and dinnerware were beautiful and fit our theme perfectly. The team were very polite and attentive to my husband and I. Staff members came over to our sweetheart table multiple times to check on us and if we needed anything. We opted to do buffet style and the food was presented beautifully. The food was delicious and served hot. We did the diamond deluxe package and the dessert presentation and selection was jaw dropping. The package came with a late night snack and our guests absolutely loved this as our favors. We will recommend Hess Catering to everyone and everybody and have nothing but good things to say about the quality of food and service they provide to their clients. Photos: Megan Hoffer Phot
